ZHMICRO offers a full range of support options to meet your specific needs. ZHMICRO Technical Support Services provide direct access to our expert Support Engineers who are ready to assist you in the development, deployment, and management of Z++ applications.

Support Services

For enterprises, government agencies and end-users, Z++ offers the most comprehensive offering of software, services, and support. ZHMICRO technical support includes the following support services:

Product Support

All purchases of the ZHMICRO Software Development Suite come with 1 year of complementary product support (starting from the date of purchase). All updates and patches for the purchased version are included.

When the complimentary product support period expires extension for product support must be purchased.

Customer Support

Silver Customer Support Package

Includes 50 tickets of support via email. All support requests will receive a response within 24 hours of the initial request. (Telephone support is not included in this plan.)

Gold Customer Support Package

Includes 100 tickets of support via email, phone, and fax. Phone support is available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm Central Standard Time. Support is provided by ZHMICRO engineering staff on-call at the time of your request.

Platinum Customer Support Package

Onsite customer support is available for US and International Customers. Support is provided by ZHMICRO engineering staff and/or by ZHMICRO’s network of preferred consulting partners located throughout the United States.

Non-Package Customer Support

Non-package customer support is available for US and International Customers. Support is provided by ZHMICRO engineering staff at an hourly rate.
